feat(cmpt): 优化微信分享图上传交互体验

## 改进内容
1. 将图片用 label 包裹，点击图片（加号图标）即可触发文件选择
2. 隐藏原生 input file 控件（display: none）
3. 添加"点击上传图片"文字链接，提供更明确的操作提示

## 用户体验提升
- 点击加号图标可以直接选择文件
- 点击"点击上传图片"文字也可以选择文件
- 更符合用户直觉的操作方式
